Project Introduction: EPC contract for Package IX, Switchyard, which includes the following major activities: A new switchyard control building; New switchyard protection equipment with refurbishment / transfer of selected pieces of equipment; New AC and DC power supply systems; New Substation Automation System and powerhouse control system i nterface; Main switchyard CT and VTreplacements; Modifications to interconnector transformer 1 & 2 HV equipment; Supply of interconnecting cabling; and Erection, testing and commissioning of each bay with upgraded equipment.
